1. Digital Product License

When you purchase a calendar from Wall Calendar Co., you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • Download your custom calendar in all available sizes and formats
  • Print unlimited copies for personal use
  • Use printed calendars in your home, office, or as personal gifts

2. Download Limitations

Each purchase includes:

  • 10 downloads — Choose up to 10 different size/format combinations
  • 30-day access — Your download link expires 30 days after purchase

We recommend downloading all versions you need promptly after purchase. If you experience technical issues, contact support within the 30-day window.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
  • Use calendars for commercial purposes (e.g., selling printed copies)
  • Remove or modify any watermarks or branding (if applicable)
  • Share your download link with others

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase:

  • If you experience technical issues preventing download, we'll extend your access or provide a fresh download link
  • If the product is materially different from what was shown in the editor, contact us for a resolution

5. Intellectual Property

The calendar designs, software, and website content are owned by Wall Calendar Co.. Your purchase grants you a license to use the generated calendar files only as described above.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order:

  • Email address (for sending download links)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Calendar configuration (stored temporarily for download fulfillment)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer

Calendars are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we recommend verifying important dates (holidays, events) against official sources. Wall Calendar Co. is not responsible for errors in holiday data or date calculations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
